The App provides a free service that allows users to record a voice message (maximum
duration: one minute) to be sent to their own email address at a specified future date and
time. This automated process is managed by the App’s underlying programming.
“The owner does not endorse and is not responsible for any products or
services advertised through third-party networks within the App.” - DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree to the following data practices:
● Minimal Data Collection: We collect only an email address and the audio file
recorded by the user. No registration or creation of a permanent user account is
required.
● Storage: Files are stored exclusively on a secure cloud service under a subscription
held by the App owner.
● Confidentiality: The App owner does not listen to, review, or share your audio files
with any third party. Your email address will not be sold or leased to third parties.
● Purpose: The email address is required solely to deliver the audio file at the
requested time. - USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESTRICTIONS
The App is designed for personal use (“messages to oneself”).
● Content Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from recording or sending
content that is harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or violates any local or international
laws.
● Email Ownership: Users are obligated to provide their own email address. Using a
third-party email address without consent is a violation of these terms. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
● Unmonitored Content: Because the App owner respects your privacy and does not
listen to the audio files, the owner cannot be held responsible for the content of the
messages.
● Identity Theft: While the App uses authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In or email
notification) to verify ownership, the App owner is not responsible for digital identity
theft or the unauthorized use of an email address.
● Service Failures: This is a free service provided without any binding obligation. In no
event shall the owner be liable for damages, nor shall the owner be reported to
authorities if the service fails, if an audio file is lost, or if a message is not delivered
for any reason.
● User Negligence: The owner is not liable if the user fails to check their Spam folder
or if security filters block the App’s notifications. - NO RETRIEVAL OR MODIFICATION POLICY
Once a message is programmed:
● No Changes: You cannot request the owner to retrieve, modify, or change the
destination email of a voice file.
● Deletion Requests: To request the destruction of a file before its delivery, the user
must send an authenticated declaration in original hard copy via postal mail to
the address listed in Section 1, specifying the email used for authentication.
● Discretion: The owner does not guarantee the successful interception of the file and
is not obligated to provide proof of destruction or respond within a specific timeframe,
even if the user claims the file contains illegal content. - ADVERTISING, TRACKING, AND ANALYTICS
To keep this service free for all users, the App generates revenue through advertising.
● Third-Party Ads: The App displays advertisements from third-party networks. These
partners may use their own tracking technologies to collect data about your device
and browsing habits. The App owner is not responsible for the terms and conditions
or privacy practices of these third-party advertisers.
● Analytics: The App uses analytical monitoring services to gather statistical data.
These services may track user behavior to improve App performance.
● Monetization: By using the App, you consent to the presence of advertisements and
the associated tracking by third-party providers. - PLATFORMS AND GOVERNING LAW
● Availability: The App is available for download on Android (Google Play Store)
and iOS (Apple App Store).
● Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Ticino. - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By proceeding to use the App and recording a voice message, you confirm that you have
read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. - AGE REQUIREMENTS AND MINORS
● Eligibility: Minors are permitted to use the App, provided they possess and use a
valid email address that belongs to them.
● Parental Supervision: Use of the App by minors must occur under the direct
supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
● Liability Waiver: The App owner disclaims any and all liability of any nature arising
from the misuse of the App by minors. Parents or guardians are solely responsible
for ensuring that the minor’s use of the service complies with these Terms and
Conditions and local laws.
● Compliance: By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent or legal guardian
agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on the minor’s behalf. - DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE
The App owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
without prior notice. As this is a free service, the owner is not liable for the permanent
deletion of stored files or the failure to deliver messages in the event of service termination,
business closure, or technical obsolescence. - IMPORTANT RESERVE
Owner reserve the right to limit the number of messages per user or IP address to prevent
abuse of the service.
The owner reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App
following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
We do not guarantee that the audio format will remain compatible with future technologies or that the destination email service will be active at the time of delivery.
